We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all standard RATIONALE orders in the United States via FedEx. Service type will be determind by your shipping location.

RATIONALE orders require a signature upon delivery. If you, or someone receiving the order on your behalf, will not be available to sign at your nominated address between 9am - 5pm on a local business day, please provide an alternate address that we can deliver to (i.e. work address or PO Box).
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left by the post/courier service, and you will need to collect your order from the nearest collection point. Should the order be returned to us, you may be charged for re-delivery.

At this time, our US website offers shipping within the United States, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands only. We are unable to ship internationally. Please click here to view our other international sites, including our Australian site which ships to most locations globally.
If you are shipping to a US PO Box, we offer FedEx Ground Economy. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to PO Box addresses. Orders to PO Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
When your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the body of the email.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery timeline for your order when you select a delivery option in the checkout, and again on the Order Confirmation page.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

For online returns, Clients can contact RATIONALE Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the Order Return Request Form Online Clients can find a copy of their original invoice via their online account.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Cash refunds will only be issued in the instance that cash was the original payment method. All returns are complementary. We do not offer exchanges or credit notes, please return your item and repurchase. Gift Cards, Treatments and Complimentary gifts with purchase are non-returnable.
RATIONALE Formulations purchased in another country cannot be returned in the United States. Please contact the RATIONALE Global Customer Service team for assistance.
