A RATIONALE dollar value Gift Card or eGift Card can be redeemed at any RATIONALE Flagship in the United States, or online at us.RATIONALE.com for the purchase of eligible products or treatments. They are not redeemable via Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue or any of our affiliated medical clinics or agencies. 

A RATIONALE Treatment Gift Card or eGift Card can only be redeemed at a RATIONALE Flagship in the United States for the corresponding treatment listed on the Card. Please call +1 (323) 210354 for more information. It is not redeemable for treatments via any of our affiliated medical clinics or agencies. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or eGift Cards. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund and are not able to be reloaded.

Any unused balance will be placed in the user's Gift Card or eGift Card account. It cannot be transferred to other users. 

RATIONALE Gift Cards or eGift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after this time will not be available for use, except as required under law.
