Shamini Rajarethnam, CEO of RATIONALE, expertly balances her leadership role with raising three children. Below, she shares her daily skincare Ritual, revealing the secrets to maintaining her radiant glow amidst a busy schedule.
What does a day at work look like for you?
Most of the time, my day is divided into meetings. It’s a mix of weekly meetings peppered with a couple of strategic ones. They can be quite diverse, from spending time with RATIONALE Founder and Director of Research, Richard Parker, and the Research Team, to working with our Creative Team and meeting regularly with our General Manager of Strategy.
What do you most enjoy about working at RATIONALE?
I love working with the teams, learning from their experiences, and always staying curious about processes, roadblocks, and collaborative solutions. The challenge of a growing business excites me, and I thrive on the synergy of working together towards a common goal.
How do you manage your role as CEO and being a mother of three?
With very similar principles! I try and provide a little structure; I give them the space to make decisions themselves and be there to support and push in the right ways.
